After purchasing a hot tub, swim spa or sauna from Hot Tubs and Outdoor Living, let us help you with the installation process!
Many hot tub & swim spa businesses only include “curbside drop-off”, leaving you to hire private riggers, cranes or technicians to safely move, place and balance a unit. We handle every delivery detail for our customers, from showroom to your backyard, so there are zero surprise costs.
We provide professional delivery and installation services within a 50-mile radius of our Spring, TX store. For locations beyond 50 miles, a mileage fee of $5 per mile applies.
Our installation services are designed to make your project as simple and seamless as possible, and can even include a site survey to assess the need for a concrete pad or other install necessities prior to delivery if needed. While electrical hookup is always the customer’s responsibility, we can include electrical up to 20 feet as part of your package and $5 per foot after that. If you have your own electrician, we are happy to coordinate with them for scheduling and site readiness.

We can handle the design and creation of your dream backyard in-house, including pergola builds, decking, or custom built-ins around your spa, to deliver a complete backyard oasis without the hassle of multiple vendors. If you prefer, we can also work closely with your contractors to ensure every element fits together perfectly.

White Glove Start-Up Service
New to the world of hot tubs and swim spas? Our White Glove Start-Up Service is available for our customers as an optional upgrade as well. This service includes complete spa setup, water filling, chemical balancing, and filter installation. We also provide a guided orientation where we go over all the features of your hot tub, explaining exactly how it works so you feel confident using it from day one.
As an added benefit, this service can be scheduled at delivery or as a follow-up appointment once your spa is in place and ready for use. It’s the perfect way to start enjoying your spa immediately without the stress of figuring out setup and operation on your own.
