Start to finish was an easy experience. Fair price, great install, and service after the sale. Gabe was there to train us on keeping the water balanced and the spa clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hot tub.

I can't say enough about this company and Gabe in particular! Amazing! The customer service was off the chart and Gabe went way above and beyond with the install. Not only did he install the Sauna perfectly and exactly where we wanted it, he went out of his way to design this beautiful path leading to it.
In addition, Gabe had a lot of extra rock leftover from the pathway, and on his own, continued to shovel rock in places we needed it to enhance our landscaping. He spent about an hour and must have shoveled the equivalent of 50 bags. BTW - No charge either!
I can't say enough about this company. If you're looking for a Sauna, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU SHOULD GO! Thank you Gabe!!

From the moment we walked into the store and met Corey, through the sauna installation process with Gabe, our entire experience was great! They were great about being flexible with our delivery & install timing. When there was a tiny issue after install, Gabe showed up same day to take care of it. Very happy with our experience and purchase.
I met Corey at a networking event and his personality and knowledge of spas caught my interest.
