5. Delivery and Installation

• Delivery is included within a 50-mile radius of our Spring, TX showroom. Beyond 50 miles, a fee of $5 per mile applies.

• White-glove delivery and setup services are offered exclusively to customers who purchase products from Hot Tubs and Outdoor Living.

• Customer responsibilities include providing clear site access, electrical connections, necessary permits, and any crane or lift access required for placement.

• Installation services are not offered for products purchased from other retailers.

6. Warranties and Service

• Manufacturer warranties apply only to products purchased directly from Hot Tubs and Outdoor Living.

• Warranty service is provided for products purchased from our store by the Manufacturer.

• We may provide service and support for other brands once their manufacturer warranty has expired, but these are billed services.

• Optional maintenance programs, chemical subscriptions, and seasonal services are available for ongoing spa care.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hot Tubs and Outdoor Living is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper installation of products. Customers are responsible for following all manufacturer safety and maintenance instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages related to product use or website access.

8. Privacy and Tracking

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use cookies, analytics, and call tracking to improve customer experience.
